Editor's Note: Our article on epoxy touches on the issue of temperature, but
here's some more information: Some epoxies
are manufactured specifically to resist high
temperatures and are called, not surprisingly,
"high temperature" and "ultra
high temperature" epoxies. Unfortnately,
we're not aware of any that are designed
for over 450 degrees F. The highest temperature
we know maxes out at 200 C (392 F).
